This recipe is served by a local deli - She was nice enough to share the recipe in the local newpaper. It freezes very well. I double wrap it with saran wrap to freeze. Mary's Meatloaf 2 Lb Ground beef 2 small onion chopped 1 teaspoon mustard 1 tablespoon catsup 10 saltine crackers crushed 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablsepoons milk Mix all ingredients. Shape into loaf. Pour 1 8 oz can tomato sauce over top. bake at 350 degrees till done. OR Divide into two loaves and freeze one for later.
