Hi Kathy,

I just made these for the first time last week and they were great! I got the recipe from the home page of a member of my frozen-assets e-mail list. I added my own variations-I think you can put almost anything in these!

Tuna Calzones
Recipe By Robbyn Snider

Take your favorite pizza dough or Calzone dough and roll it into thin circles about 6 inches.

Mix tuna with 1 scoop of mayo for moisture (I used Miracle Whip) and shredded cheddar cheese. I also added chopped onions because I love tuna this way!

Mix it up good and put a spoonful into the center of each dough round. Fold over, seal the edges with a little egg glue and crimp with fork. (I didn't use egg glue to seal-I just moistened the edges with water then crimped.)

Bake these at 425* for about 15 -18 min.. until brown.. store in a Ziploc in
freezer and just heat in the micro when you want a quick hand-held meal!!

**I think these taste better when reheated in the oven, but they are still good in the microwave too. I didn't think they were mushy at all, but I didn't put a lot of Miracle Whip in them because I was afraid they would get too runny.
