It so blasted hot here that i'm going to boil some garlic & mozzerella tortellini and then toss with some fat free italian dressing and broccoli (blanched briefly in the micro), crisp red & green pepper, vidalia onion, and fresh mushrooms. Then boil up some shelled tiger shrimp to go with, put both bowls in the fridge to chill while i take a long dip in the pool with a mango daquiri (tried it from my mango overload post -- definately awesome!!).
