My husband and I are both prior Air Force. While we were dating we got to talking one night about favorite home meals, which you do alot when you live in the dorms. We both discovered that we loved this pie, and I bought a wok and made it for us. Everyone thought we were nuts, but it is a great combonation.

Shepard's Pie

2 pounds ground turkey
2 cans cream style corn
4 potatos (I perfer yokon gold)
2 tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sour cream
Salt, pepper, a-1 sauce to taste

cube the potatos and cook in boiling water until tender. Mash the potatoes with the butter and sour cream that has been warmed. Set aside.

Brown the turkey and drain any fat. Mix the corn in with the turkey and heat on low about 3-5 mins until hot. Place the turkey/corn mixture in a casserole dish and spread the potatoe on the top. Salt and pepper the potato and place in the oven at 350 until the potato has browned and the corn has begun to bubble around the edges.

We prefer the kick of A-1 sauce added to our individual serving.
