Go down to July 27th for Elly's Stuffed Pork Chops recipe (haven't got to try this yet) and then to Tried & True Board June 25th, Ellen's post for San Francisco Pork Chops. I did try the San Francisco recipe & it was Delicious... Hubby really liked it too. The only variation I used was instead of Sherry, which I didn't have, I used Red Cooking Wine & Chicken Broth (1/2 of each). I doubled the recipe but next time I won't use as much cornstarch, my sauce was a little too thick. It REALLY gave the chops a delicious flavor though & I'd recommend you try this one on Boyfriend. (Incidently, my HB made me cook for him before he would mention the "M" word. Apparently, I passed, ha! and we laugh about it now.) Good Luck! |
