I made the spinach dip, thanks for the directions Betty. We are stationed over in the U.K. and the military commissary (our supermarket) doesn't have knorr soup mix. Instead I got the lipton veg. soup mix. I left out water chesnuts (don't like them) I did use the spring onions and it was really good. I had hollowed out the bread and used it as the bowl. I would definately make this again, thanks for all the in puts!!! Tracey
