Hi Gina this soup sounds absolutely delicious but i have a few q's for you:-

What is Sazon Complete (never heard of it in u.k) and what could i use as substitute?

Don't think i can buy creamed spinach here either - do you know how i could make it?

Cheese Tortellini - are these the fresh egg pasa things with cheese in the middle ( we can buy them fresh, or dried here but not fronzen - though you can freeze the fresh ones) Pls advise. Thanks for your help!K
