This is an easy one...

Plan ahead and soak your potatoes in cold water and clean off the dirt.

Pre heat to 350 F

Cut the potatoes into some type of cubes, about
1 1/2x1 1/2-inches in size. Place into what ever kind of baking dish you may have that holds the amount of potatoes you need. Pour over the potatoes enough olive oil, canola oil, or even peanut oil to coat and have some extra in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle liberaly with garlic salt (I am a Democrat, ya know), then take your washed hands and mix it all up. Make sure everything is coated with oil and salt.

Place into the oven and bake for about 45 min or till tender. Stir the potatoes after 30 min of cooking for a crisper potato.
