Hello Brad,
Try this its lovely

YOU NEED;
400g fresh linguine
1 1/4 cups pouring cream
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbls lemon rind
salt and ground pepper to taste
1/4 tsp saffron threads(optional)

Add pasta to large pan of rapidly boiling water cook till just tender.
Drain and keep warm.Whilst the pasta is cooking, combine cream,stock and rind in alarge pan.Bring to boil,then reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.Add cooked pasta and cook for 2 mins till heated through.Sprinkle with saffron if desired stir and serve.Adding some cooked shrimp completes this but add any thing I,ve added roasted peppers before.Hope the meal goes well.
