I thoroughly enjoyed reading your posting...thanks for sharing the wonderful family recipes, they sound yummy!!

I am almost finished with my menu planning, it will be an intimate Christmas Day Dinner for us, just us and Mom. Most of the guests who come and share that day with us are off to see their families in other states. I suppose the 9/11 incident has inspired many to go and see their hometowns and folks.
