Sorry about that my brain was off key yesterday!!!!!!!!!
it,s 2 cups of cheese(can reduce amount just use a stronger cheese)

STRAWBERRY AND CUCUMBER SOUP
1 cup diced cucumber peeled,diced and seeded
1 punnet strawberries about 200g
2 cups hot chicken stock
10 ml balsamic vinegar
salt and ground pepper
a few berries and cucumber slices for garnish(mint can also be used

Puree cucumber and strawberrys together in ablender,whilst its running pour hot stock in.Pour into a bowl,add vinegar and season.Cover and chill before serving then garnish.
I hope you enjoy it its very simple but delicious.
