Susan, My husband and I love this recipe! My 18-year-old daughter won't touch it!
Clam Spaghetti
1 green or red bell pepper, chopped 2 onions, chopped 1 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach or broccoli, cooked and drained 2 cans chopped clams, undrained 1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained 1 cup mozzarella cheese pasta
I cook the onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, and spinach, or broccoli, in the microwave together. I follow the directions on the package of spinach and cook this mixture. Mix this well and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese and mix well. This dish is quick, easy, and inexpensive.
I serve this with fresh fruit: cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, etc., homemade bread, and iced tea. Maybe you will receive this recipe in time to make it for your supper. If not, it's good any time!
