Diane,

Quesadilla's are also a quick easy meal at my home. Do you fry the quesadilla's in oil? I fry mine in oil and while one side is cooking I brush the other with oil. I have also heard of "dry frying" with no oil or butter, but the shells get nicely browned. The Applebee's recipe calls to butter the sides being browned. Have you tried these alternatvies? What's your favorite?
