I find A good strong chedder works well,basically any thing with a good flavour!!also try sprinkling a little cayenne pepper over the top before baking.I posted another bobotie rec. yesterday this time with lentils its really tasty.Enjoy what is left of the weekend.Its just after 7 here am and the son is shining Brilliant as its sons birthday today i,m off to cook up a storm.I have 20 13 year old coming today HELP!!!!!!!!!
