The Aztea Soup, I thought 4 cups of tomato juice was to much with the diced tomatoes in there, so I put 2 cups tomato juice and 2 cups chicken broth. They loved it! Now for the Chili Bread. I made it like the recipe said except I scooped out about 1/2 to 1" of the bread out of the middle so the chili stuff would fit inside instead of on top. I also used 99% fat free turkey chili. Here is what I will do next time: I will leave out the spaghetti sauce and the Parmesan. I will use Monterey Jack cheese instead of Mozzarella. I will also toast the bread lightly before stuffing, so it will not get soggy. I will post the new improved recipe tomorrow, if you wanr it!
