I'm looking for a recipe to make a roasted red pepper sauce (like a creamy roasted pepper version of Alfredo)- served over pasta, chicken breats, etc. Have had this at a couple of restaurants but can't find a recipe. Also, have had a version with sun-dried tomatoes in it. I've got to try this at home! Any recipes or suggestions out there?
