Today we are going to have pork loin roast with apricot nectar glaze, macaroni and cheese with wine, steamed broccoli, cornbread, sweet tea with lemon, Claussen pickles and pickled beets. I hope that I will have enough leftovers for tomorrow. Happy Sunday!
