It came out perfect (The Pasteles), my friends and family couldn't believe I put it together, except for the ones that help put it together. They were pack with so much pork they thought I hit the number or something.. lol
And we had no much Sause left from cooking the pork and seasoned oil, that I used it to make gandules and rice, I can not tell how good the flavor was. I also made Coquito and Arroz con dulce but the Arroz con dulce didn't come out right, the rice was raw no matter how long I cook it. I'll try again before New Years. The sofrito was good too.
