FRUIT FLUMMERY 3tsp gelatine 11/2 cups cold water 1 cup sugar 2 Tbls plain flour 1/3 orange juice 2 Tbls lemon juice 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp(about 6 fruit)
Sprinkle gelatine over1/2 cup water to soften.Place flour and sugar in a pan.Add juices and mix to a smooth paste.Slowly add remaining water.Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat.Add gelatine and stir til disolved.Place in a bowl and refriderate til setting around edges.Beat til thick and white.Fold pulp intomixture and pour into serving bowl and set,about 2 hrs.Does keep for a week covered in the fridge.Decorate with whipped cream.Yummy!!!!!!!!! You could use mangos just remember its 1/2 cup fruit pulp. Hope you like it. Love Julie
