Thank you thank you, thank you! I have been looking for the guava cheesecake recipe and I see two posted by Gina! The one with rum ought to be decadent. My niece made for us the plain guava cheesecake out of a book called Sencillamente Menu and Sencillamente Gourmet and I have not been able to find either. Here goes a big hug to you!
