Hi, I am hoping to make a big pot of mussels some time soon - I remember eating them in a restaurant once, where they were served in a delicious white wine, cream and garlic sauce ... also, one other time when they were in some kind of similar sauce but with a little breadcrumb/butter/parsley/garlic crust in each mussel. Would GREATLY appreciate any recipes which sound like these. Thanks in advance!!!!
