along with some fresh corn on the cob that I'll steam, fresh steamed green beans, and some pan fried red creamer potatoes (that will be sauted till crispy crisp with fresh sliced mushrooms, onion, garlic & red and green bell peppers). A nice warmed slice of last nites mango pie will be dessert! Hope yours is great too!
