Debbie... did you see my posting for Mussels on this board on August 24th??? Its not exactly "creamy" but it is really flavorful!!! Don't be frightened by the fact that it is made with 8lbs of mussels... you can always make the recipe smaller... Me and my companion could just sit down and eat all 8 lbs..!!! I'm not really sure what exactly I am saying about us by telling you that...but hopefully you're hearing that they taste really good...more than you're hearing that when we have mussels...we push the shells aside with our noses!!! (smile!!)
