Your dinner sounds downright delicious to me! In fact, I will probably make a variation of it for dinner myself. I dont have any chicken broth and really dont feel like running to the store, so I think I will make a sauce of the other ingredients and serve it over the mozzerella tortellini I have one hand. Thanks for the inspiration!
