We like this really well the orininal recipe has you do in microwave but I do it both in mic and in oven take you pick ... some don't like poark in the micro.
4 pork chops
salt, pepper
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
2 tlb. bottled bbq sauce
2 tlb water
arrange pork single layer in 8x8x2 (or round is fine) inch glass babking dish
season with salt and peper
combine cranberries, bbq & water; pour over chops; cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 12 min til done spoon sauce over chops and give pan a 1/4 turn every 3 min.
or do not cover with waxed paper put on a casserole lid and bake in oven. if oven baking add a little more water to sauce.
