I havent tried the flummery recipe yet as I have a question about it -- I had such an overload of really ripe mangos that to save them, I sliced and flash froze them. Will the recipe come out ok with frozen fruit rather than fresh? I tend to think it would but wanted to run that past you before I tried it.

I would love your recipe for spiced fruit -- that really sounds like something we would love around here! Wish I could e-mail some of the mangos for you to enjoy -- we really had a bumper crop this year!
