Joel - Re your Chicken Cordon Bleu

Hi Joel!

I made your recipe this weekend for some good friends and wanted to let you know that it went over like crazy!! Steamed up some jasmine rice to go with along with some nice fresh green beans sauteed with sweet onion and grape tomatoes!! A mango up-side down cake and freshly whipped cream (and coffee of course) finished the meal off -- course it was rather difficult putting the guests in a wheel barrow and pushing them to the curb afterwards (g>.... but guess thats the price you pay!
