Joel's meatloaf was posted om this board September 9th! I made it tonight using grund chuck and ground pork. Veal was not available here! It was wonderful. I made 4 small meatloaves instead of 1 large one. Will make great sandwiches tomorrow!!!! Thanks a bunch Joel! Keep posting!
