I've printed them all off and can't wait to try them. I love lots of basil so am looking forward to the spaghetti dish...the wild mushroom ragout will become a future favorite, I'm sure...and the fish fillet dish is perfect for me.

Can you tell me how many servings Chicken Ole makes? This sounds like a good no-fuss dish for an informal dinner with family/friends.

I agree with you about Potatoes Anna - love it as an indulgence!
