Thanks for reminding me of this great recipe I had -- I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but its a very tasty and simple dish to make. Hope u like it!

Sweet & Sour Chicken - Serves 4
1 Reynolds oven cooking bag, (14"x20") 2 tablespoons flour 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 can (20 ox) pineapple chunks in juice, drained 1 medium green pepper, cut into rings or strips 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves Hot cooked rice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Shake flour in cooking bag; place in 13x9 baking pan.
Add sugar, vinegar and soy sauce to bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add pineapple and green pepper. Add chicken to gag. Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer.
Close bag with nylon tie, cut 6 1/2 slits in top.
Bake until chicken is tender, 30 - 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
