CHICKEN CASSEROLE
1 large can chicken or 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken 1 cup mayonnaise 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 cup frozen chopped celery, onion, bell pepper mixture salt and pepper 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1 can chow mein noodles
Mix chicken, mayonnaise, soup, veggie mixture, and salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish. Top with almonds.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Top with chow mein noodles and bake an additional 10 minutes. If desired top with grated cheddar and return to oven to melt cheese.
