I copied the link below. I have quite a bit of the sofrito left over and wondered just how to use it with chicken. Do you just saute the sofrito and top the chicken? If you have a simple recipe using boneless chicken breasts and the sofrito I would appreciate it. How long will it keep? I just couldn't believe how good the rice was! I served it with Cod and didn't use the optional ham. I also used Bijol instead of the Goya seasoning, because that's what I had. Thanks so much for the recipe!
