for 15 minute healthy dinner:
fresh broccoli (bunch) cut up and steam in Microwave safe bowl with little bit of water less than 4 tbsp water and equal parts lemon juice (concentrate)
cooked egg noodles medium size
steam broccoli for 8 minutes (i use mostly the florets as opposed to the stem)
serve broccoli over cooked noodles with parmesan or romano cheese butter if desired
lemon pepper enjoy healthy and lowfat if no butter is used
