this can be eaten hot or cold I prefer it hot 2 large cans sweet potatoes or yams 1 can crushed pineapple drained bag of marshmallows large or small brown sugar warm seet potatoes drain and mash with milk and butter add drained pineapples mash together; while still hot add marshmallow until melted add brown sugar like i said can be served hot or cold If served hot add more marshmallows on top and brown sugar on top bake 350 25 minutes or until hot I make this as my covered dish for thanksgiving dinner at my mothers every year even family members who don;t like sweet potatoes enjoy this dish
