Why not try Fried Asparagus? It's simple and quick to make.

Par-boil the Asparagus until cooked but NOT over cooked.

Pat Dry and roll each spear in Flour, Egg and Seasoned Bread Crumbs.

Fry untill Golden brown. Keep warn in oven until ready to serve.
