Hi there, always liked the sound of sun dried tomatoes (especially with pasta or fish) so I went and bought some. They are still unopened! I know I could invent some kind of creamy basil type sauce and incorporate them, but was wondering if any of you had any tried and tested (and delicious!!) recipes...
ALSO - while buying the tomatoes, I got myself some balsamic vinegar. I've heard it just tastes soooo good! Any ideas what I could do with that?
