While we were in Florida, I picked up a copy of "Taste of the South" and ALL of the recipes sound wonderful; I plan to subscribe to the magazine. The recipes that you tried sound just yummy and I would be interested in your critique after you have made them. The asparagus recipes sound so good too and I plan to give some of them a try.
I did not prepare an Easter dinner this year because we only arrived home last night and I have not been shopping yet so we ate out in a restaurant with some good friends that also did not have plans. I must admit that this mid west girl is becoming addicted to that good southern cooking. I'm sure that you had a wonderful Easter day and you have so many exciting things to look forward to.
