Carolyn-this smells unbelievably delicious. It took me about an hour to prepare (because I was admittedly multi-tasking) but next time will be much faster. I just threw it all in the crock pot but know it is going to be fantastic. I've got a great bottle of chianti and have already invited friends over for dinner. THANK YOU!
