There's a recipe over on the Baking Board that Betsy posted for Spice Cake that sounds SO GOOD - can't wait to try it after we get up to the Cape. It's a good cool day project and it will still be pretty cool for another month or so out there. If you look at the recipe, I'm thinking of trying it with a Bundt pan instead of the two round pans - think it would work that way?

I always look forward to the trip up there but the drivers seem to get crazier every year or maybe I'm just getting older and more cautious. Pretty soon I'm going to be one of the little old ladies that drive 20 mph in the breakdown lane peering up over the steering wheel with white knuckles!
