grilled pork chops (seasoned with dill, garlic & black pepper), a big tossed salad, and scalloped potatoes that I added fresh broccoli to. I had a little bit of fresh broccoli left, that I had forgotten about so it was getting a little limp. I hate to waste food so I threw it into the potato mixture and I will definately plan on doing this again! Also baked up a batch of date bars for dessert while the oven was running for the potatoes.
