I am probably too late but another day and a trip to the market...
Cilantro Jalapeno Chicken
4 to 6 chicken pieces (I use breasts) 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, stems removed and well washed 6 cloves of crushed garlic 1 (10 oz) jar of jalapeno jelly (green, not red) 1 (6 oz) can frozen limeade concentrate
In food processor or blender, add garlic and cilantro, chop (do not over process) add jelly and limeade. Process until thick.
Set aside 1/4 cup for dipping. Pour sauce over chicken in a zip loc bag. Marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Bake or grill.
Serve with rice, tortillias.
