It sure sounds nice and light, yet substantial enough to fill you up! I do a
lot of salad bar type meals come summertime -- grill while we are jumping in
and out of the pool, and then eat outside on the patio. I like to marinade and
then grill up a quantity of chicken breasts, flash freezing the ones I dont
use. It sure makes it convenience to use them in the near future without
having to grill, especially here in Florida where summer is our rainy season
and we can count on rain on a daily basis. Many times I've gotten all ready to
grill only to have a rainstorm so thundering that even grilling on the patio is
out of the question.

So happy to see all is going well with y'all and that the house is moving
along!! We've been very busy with our remodeling also, tho there is still much
to do and then the best part, decorating!!!! I'm also in the process of
planning the landscaping for the front of the house and will plant a garden in
the back after the pool is redone and jacuzzi is added. The joys of being a
homeowner.. there is always something to do!!

Take care :)
Julie
