Finally. (You posted it last October!) Also made the Pilaf on the Pecos. Just
wanted to let you know we really, really enjoyed these - they are now on our
"A list" as well. DH said, "Wow, we have to have this again."
Thanks for posting your recipes. I like that you post your thoughts about each
recipe and how much you liked it as well as the changes you've made - makes it
interesting and it's also helpful. I'm looking forward to trying more of your
recipes that I've copied. Jan
