Recipe: Bubble Pizza

Menus

Debbie: This looks much more fun than the others I posted. You could slice it before reheating wrapped in heavy foil.

Bubble Pizza

Quick & Easy!
Note: You may also add: mushrooms, black olives, onions or any of your favorite pizza toppings. Mmm Good!

Ingredients

2 tubes buttermilk biscuits
1-16 oz. can pizza sauce
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1.Brown ground beef and drain.
2.Quarter the biscuits and mix with the beef and pizza sauce in a large bowl.(kitchen scissors works
great)
3.Put in a 9 x 13 greased pan.
4.Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
5.Remove from oven and place cheese on top, return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
6.Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
