Like Colette with 2 kids and a husband finding a meal they all like is impossible.
They all love this , but I hate to make it !!! Its really messy !!
Its my version of chicken kiev. I take chicken breasts pound them down, put butter and lots of garlic at large end and roll it up. Then roll it in flour , beaten egg and bread crumbs. Repeat this . This is where i get really messy and in trouble when the phone rings. Put the chicken in the fridge for awhile. Then deep fry them and then bake in the oven just to make sure they are cooked. I always have to melt extra butter and garlic so the kids can pour over rice with the chicken.
