with a wonder cabbage slaw recipe I saw Sara Moulton make on her show, and a side of San Antonio beans. I only had 1/2 of a head of cabbage on head so I halved the slaw recipe but I prepared the whole bean recipe because it freezes so well. I throw the leftover beans in a ziploc and they make a great bean burrito for lunch at a later date!
Take care:)
