ISO: Need good Manicotti recipe

I am looking for a good manicotti recipe. My husbands mother used to make manicotti with ground beef in the sauce and ricotta cheese for stuffing. I really want to make him this dish but do not have a recipe to go by. I like to take the easy road when cooking and would use store bought noodels but would like a recipe for the sauce and stuffing.
