There really are no recipe for the other dishes. The asparagus just cooked on the grill along side the pork. The Santa Fe rice was from a purchased mix. It was rice, seasoning packet, corn and black beans, and finally the carrots were boiled til crisp-tender and drained. Put back in the pan and add a tbl. or so butter and 2 tbl. or so of marmalade and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
