you surely did bring back some wonderful memories for me when you included this Texas Hash dish. When I was growing up, Mama would fix this dish on Saturdays when she was expecting my brothers and my sister to "come home" for the weekend. I haven't made it since my mama died almost eight years ago.

Thanks for jogging my memory by posting this wonderful recipe.
