I just found the Kitchen Link site and was admiring so many of your recipes on this message board (can't wait to try them!). I am planning on having some friends over for dinner and would like to serve a Caribbean-inspired menu. I noticed that you do seem to have a few recipes that seem to be influenced by the flavors of the Caribbean. Would you please recommend some of your recipes you've posted (I could do a search) or let me know of any recipes, not already posted, that you would recommend.
